(RECRUITMENT CIRCULAR)


Advertisement Notification No. CRIAI/UP/APR/2024-2025 on dated 03/04/2024 Only For Uttar Pradesh engagement of Local Crime Informer (LCI), Assistant Development Executive (ADE), Intelligence Agent, District Development Executive (DDE), Zonal Development Officer (ZDO), State Director (SD), on regular basis. Online applications are invited from Indian citizens who fulfill the following Essential Qualifications and other eligibility conditions, as on 03/04/2024, for preparation of a panel of suitable candidates for officer in the CRIAI of India purely on fixed consolidated stipend of Rs. 9,500/- for Local Crime Informer (LCI), Rs. 12,000/- for Assistant Development Executive (ADE), Rs. 16,000/- for Intelligence Agent, Rs. 20,000/- for District Development Executive (DDE), Rs. 22,500/- for Zonal Development Officer (ZDO), Rs. 25,000/- for State Director (SD) per month including every allowances initially during the assignment session commencing from joining order. However, the service can be terminated at any point of time without any notice for any false reason from the candidate side.


Essential Qualifications :-

(i) For Raid action officer and Special officer the candidate must be a graduate having a Bachelor Degree from any College/University/Institution established by government of India.

(ii) For Investigation officer and Intelligence officer the candidate must be 10+2 having any school/ College/Institution established by government of India.

(iii) The candidate must have basic knowledge of computer.


Age Limit :

Candidate must not be below the age of 18 years and above 40 years as on the last date of receipt of on applications.


Method of selection :

- Selection shall be made on the basis of Interview.
- On the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in 10+2 and Graduation.
- The merit list will be drawn and candidates will be short-listed.
- Short-listed candidates, three times of actual requirement, in the order of merit, will be called for an Interview.
- A final select list shall be prepared as per requirement on the basis of required qualification.
- Details of the Scheme of registration of application and payment of fee, interview, Minimum Qualifying Standards, Terms and Conditions of assignment in the website of the crime research investigation agency of India, i.e. www.criai.in.
- The Interview Test will be announce shortly Eligible candidates are required to apply online for which the link is provided through www.criai.in.
- The application will be accepted through online registration only which is likely to start from 03.04.2024.
- Candidates will be required to pay Application/Test Fee of Rs.500/- for Intelligence officer, Investigation officer and Rs.750/- for Raid action officer, Special officer plus bank charges through online mode only.
- Fee shall not be accepted in any other form.
- No postal application shall be accepted.
- The fee shall be paid online through payment gateway provided by Bank.

Closing Date for online applications :
The starting date for online registration of application is 03.04.2024 at 00:00 Hours and last date thereof is 03.07.2024 at 23:59 Hours.


General Instructions :

(1) The applicants would be admitted to the Interview Test on the basis of the information furnished by them in their application form. They are, therefore, advised to ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying. If any candidate is found to have given false information or does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, the candidature of such applicant would be cancelled and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.

(2) Issuance of Interview card for the examination will NOT confer any right for selection.

(3) Candidates should scan his/her signatures and photograph having 5 cm height and 3.8 cm width (50 kb) in JPG/PNG/JPEG format for uploading the same at relevant space on the online application.

(4) The candidate should fill up the required data in the application and make online fee payment in accordance with the instructions displayed on the link provided for the purpose.

(5) On submitting application online, the candidate will get a preview of application with Application Number. Candidates are advised to get a printout of the filled up application of his/her record.

(6) The candidate should retain his/her Application Number carefully for generation of call letter and for any other information regarding Interview test etc.

(7) APPLICATIONS WHICH DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED. The candidate should bear in mind while applying for assignment that he/she will be required to work even at odd hours and on holidays, if so required. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Interview Test.

JOB ROLE FOR STATE DIRECTOR

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, aligning them with CRIA's broader objectives.

Investigative Operations

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns regarding safety and development initiatives.

Project Management

It is on target base job to investigate instances of copyright infringement/ Violation of product mentioned below, to undertake survey to detect infringement/violation of our products, undertaking survey of Duplication units, shops or anywhere else or of any person reasonably believed by them to violating the Trademarks/Copyrights of our products through illegal reproduction, trading, dealing & selling or in any manner whatsoever.

To assist the local police with identification of the product and generally at the time of any search and seizure proceeding conducted by the police in accordance with provision of the Copy right Act and/or trade mark act and/or any other applicable law.

To take any all steps necessary to discourage and eliminate imitation, counterfeits, infringement of and other wrongful acts concerning the trademarks and any commercially utilized representation, design, product, copyright, label, color combination, container, packing, marking, advertisement, wording, shops, godown, manufacturing units, selling, duplicating, passing off and things of the same sort used in connection with such trademark in general in order to protect our business from wrongful act committed in bad faith.

To file or institute criminal, civil cases or legal actions, complaints such for & on behalf of the firm & for that purpose to sign, executive, application, petition, complaints, affidavits and to appear present etc. before any court on behalf of the firm. To file the necessary complaint with the POLICE/CRIME BRANCH on our behalf for further action in the territories of STATE.
